At Jo Mercer, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for both online and in-store purchases. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
